Avoid Before your appointment

6 weeks Before
Discontinue retinoids and avoid chemical peels, laser resurfacing, or microneedling near the brow area. These treatments increase skin sensitivity and must be stopped at least 6 weeks prior.

3 Weeks Before
Avoid Botox, dermal filler, microneedling, laser, IPL, or medium to deep chemical peels near the brow area for at least 4 weeks before your appointment.
What to Skip
Tanning - 1 week
Botox in the brow area - 3 weeks
Antibiotics - 4 weeks
Alcohol - 48 hrs
Blood thinners (Vitamin E, fish oil, Ibuprofen, Aspirin) - 24 hrs
