Justin Kesseler, RMT
Justin Kesseler has a BA from the University of Western Ontario and honours diploma in Massage Therapy from Oxford College and member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Aligning his treatment focus to the client’s own objectives, Justin uses a variety of techniques to ensure impactful changes as a result of each treatment. By helping to manage pain and improve movement, Justin believes our bodies are better able to rest and recover to get us back to doing the things we love and further on to improving our overall health.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys playing hockey and hiking with his wife and two children in the local Halton area.
Melanie McLeish, RMT
Melanie has over 10 years experience with Registered Massage Therapy. She has a passion to help others achieve their health and wellness goals is what prompted her career in Massage Therapy. Melanie graduated with honor's from Everest College with over 2500 hours of practical experience back in '2009. Her modalities include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Acupressure and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). Melanie's approach to treatment varies and adapts to each individual's needs. Creating overall improvement in one's quality of life is always the main goal. In her spare time Melanie enjoys creative dance, spending time at the cottage, being out in nature and mothering her two children.
