Pregnancy and Floating
Pregnancy can be hard on your body as you try to adapt to hormonal changes and extra weight. Soothe your back in water that gives you complete support and the feeling of weightlessness, while giving yourself time to bond with your baby.
Pregnant women probably get more relief from the floatation spa than anyone else. Lying on a bed, sitting and walking can be extremely uncomfortable for a woman in the later stages of pregnancy due to the massive gravitational strain placed on the body.
Pregnant women find they can totally relax in the tank, relieved from the burden of carrying the baby, due to the gravity-free environment of the tank.

In order to have a true sensory deprivation experience, we ensure that the room’s air pressure and temperature is controlled to the 10th degree, as well as controlling the room’s lighting and sound to the desired level. Alternatively, underwater music and color light therapy can be added if preferred. From top to bottom, your body will stay at rest and at ease. Meanwhile, your brain is able to relax and get into a meditative state – perhaps even getting the famous elusive theta state.
